If you’re new to this approach, we warmly invite you to watch this 7-minute story.
It gives a simple, gentle introduction to the meditation philosophy we’ll explore together.
This retreat is especially suitable for you if:
you’re seeking inner growth or deeper meaning
you’re navigating stress, anxiety, or emotional heaviness
you love self-awareness, spirituality, or philosophy
you sense a higher level of consciousness and want to explore it
you’re ready for a shift — subtle or profound
You don’t need any prior meditation experience.
To support a calm and transformative atmosphere, the retreat follows a simple, monastery-like lifestyle:
vegetarian meals
no alcohol, smoking, or recreational drugs
minimal phone/social media use
no TV
quiet, respectful environment
celibacy during the retreat
This creates the clarity and inner stillness needed for the deeper work.
If you can begin easing into this lifestyle a little before the retreat, it often helps you get even more from the experience.
