Sarah, originally from Cambridge, is a trained interior designer who worked at the Science Museum and London design consultancies. While teaching in South East Asia, she discovered Raja Yoga with the Brahma Kumaris in Cambodia. Now back in Cambridge, she teaches, explores ‘real interior design’—inner transformation—and volunteers with the local Brahma Kumaris centre.
Michael is a meditation practitioner and spiritual mentor with over 20 years of experience supporting people in discovering inner peace, clarity, and purpose. His warm, down-to-earth approach helps make deep ideas simple and practical. Through teaching, writing, and personal guidance, he inspires others to live with greater balance and meaning. He lives in Sedona, Arizona.
